Position Overview
The Recruiter (Entry–Mid Level) will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for hourly construction craft roles. This role will manage candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support onboarding, and represent Gregory Construction at career fairs and community recruiting events. What You’ll Do
Source and recruit craft labor candidates through job boards, networking, and community outreach
Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in the ATS
Assist with job postings and advertising across various platforms
Participate in career fairs, workforce events, and community recruiting initiatives
Support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (internship experience accepted)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Bilingual (Spanish preferred) — not required, but a plus
