Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled and award-winning heavy civil contractor, is seeking motivated students to join our team as Superintendent Interns. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting field operations on active infrastructure projects across multiple states.

Gregory Construction specializes in heavy civil construction, including earthwork, utilities, concrete structures, and roadway construction. Our teams build critical infrastructure that strengthens communities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for students interested in field leadership, jobsite operations, and construction execution within heavy civil construction.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily field operations and crew coordination

• Participate in jobsite safety meetings and inspections

• Support scheduling, production tracking, and reporting

• Help coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors

• Work alongside superintendents to support project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Students pursuing Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degrees

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
